We’re based in Chattanooga, TN (bonus points if you are too)! But, we work remotely for all our clients, meaning we can work together from anywhere across the United States!

Pricing is fully dependent on project scope! While long term or large scope projects are billed per project or on a retainer, one off projects like video editing are billed hourly. Find out more about our services here.

We invoice Squarespace to ensure all payments are super secure and super easy. We accept card payments and ACH/bank transfer payments.
*You must receive an email invoice from The Moody Co. to pay for your selected service. We will never ask for payments through any systems other than Squarespace.

While this depends on the scope of the project, average turn around times are between 1 week and 1 month.
Don’t worry, we’ll discuss this in our consultation call and work together to come up with a feasible deadline!
Your project officially starts when your contract is signed, you’ve paid your deposit, and you’ve provided us with all the background information needed.

In a few words, we’d describe our project process as organized and collaborative. But, here’s the nitty gritty:
We learn what you need through a free discovery call.
We write up a proposal and contract and send it over. This includes project scope, timeline, who on our team is responsible for what, proposed meeting schedule, list of deliverables, included edit rounds, and more.
You sign the contract, pay your deposit, and we get started.
We communicate throughout the project; giving you updates and ensuring things move smoothly.
After any edit rounds, we wrap up the project with an offboarding meeting. This ensures you’re fully satisfied and we’re on the same page!
